Order Confirmation & Shipping

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is fulfilled and preparing for shipping. Your tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been shipped. If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your junk mail. If you still have not received your confirmation email, please contact info@shopitgirlhair.com

No P.O. Boxes:
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is entered at checkout, your order may be subject for cancellation and will not be fulfilled.

Shipping Timeframes:

All in-stock orders are processed within 7-10 working days (excluding weekends and major holidays) then allow at least 3-5 days for shipping. Please note that majority of our products are not shipped on weekends.

• Address Accuracy:
  Customers are responsible for ensuring that all billing and shipping information is correct at checkout.
• We are unable to modify addresses once an order has begun processing or has shipped.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, loss, or return of the package.

A valid email address and phone number must be provided to receive order updates, shipping confirmations, and any necessary communication regarding your order.

Incorrect Address:
IT GIRL HAIR CO. is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please carefully review your shipping information at checkout to avoid delays, loss, or return of your package. If a package is returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. You will be responsible for any additional shipping and handling fees.

EXPRESS/OVERNIGHT SHIPPING:
Due to high processing times, we do not offer express or overnight shipping at this time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Customs Duties and Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not covered by IT GIRL HAIR CO.and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Check with your local customs office for details before placing your order. Thank you for your understanding.
